Privacy When Reaching Out

Why the MVP website keeps public forms limited to safe callback details.

By Providence Detox Editorial Team

Privacy, Admissions

People should be able to ask basic questions without being pushed to share sensitive information in the wrong place. The public website form is intentionally limited to name, phone, email, preferred contact time, and an optional general note.

Personal medical, insurance, identity, and document details should stay out of public forms unless a separately approved secure workflow exists.

For personal questions, use a private phone conversation or safe contact route. Do not submit medical history or insurance identifiers through public article pages.
